**Instructions:** Read this fully before responding. Never ask me to re-explain anything covered here.
##Who I Am
VP Marketing at Halcyon Health · Austin, TX
##Current Work
**Focus:** Q3 Beacon launch, our clinician-facing dashboard. GA September 15.
- Messaging leads with outcomes, not features
- Retention over lead-gen for Q3
- Nothing close to a clinical claim ships without Legal
##Key People
Marcus Webb, Legal. Gates any copy that reads as an efficacy claim. Send him the line, not the deck.
##AI Operating Instructions
###Lead with the Answer
Lead with the conclusion, then the reasoning. Give me the answer first. Tell me why second.
###No Filler
Never start with “Great question” or any affirmation. Skip preamble. Start with the substance.

Why Briefed exists
Every AI has a memory system. None of them built it for you.
Control
AI is designed to make you share. Not to protect what you share.
The more you talk, the more it learns. Your context becomes their data. Briefed keeps the vault on your computer and lets you decide what each AI knows, each session.
Portability
No single AI is great at everything.
ChatGPT for images. Claude for code. Gemini for research. Grok for real-time. The best users don't pick one, but every switch means starting over. Briefed travels with you.
Continuity
Your context sits inside a company whose uptime is not your decision.
Providers hit capacity, deprecate models, change terms and close accounts. When everything you have explained about yourself lives on their side, their bad afternoon becomes your work stoppage. A vault on your computer turns that into a two minute detour.
Everywhere else
AI decides what it remembers

How it works
Three steps. One minute.
You never type your life story. An AI you already use writes the first draft for you.
01
Build your Context Vault
Paste a built-in prompt into any AI you already talk to. It writes your vault from context you've already shared. Identity, background, priorities, people. Or type it yourself, five sections, at your own pace.
02
Generate your briefing
Choose Essential for a quick take, Standard for the full picture, or Complete for everything. Briefed compiles the vault into a structured briefing on your computer.
03
Paste and go
Copy it into any AI conversation. Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok. Any assistant that reads text is instantly up to speed on who you are.
Not ready for a vault
Flipside is free and asks nothing of you. It reads whatever article you are on and builds a bias-analysis prompt for the AI you already use. See this week's flip →

Instructions that travel
The same operating instructions shape the answer in ChatGPT and in Grok.
Hit a context limit, keep going
Bridge generates a handoff briefing and you continue the thread elsewhere.
Nothing explained twice
Extract what a long session taught you; every future briefing inherits it.
What's inside
Everything a power user actually needs.
AES-256-GCM encryption
Your vault is encrypted before it touches disk. The key never leaves your computer.
AI Instructions Library
15 curated context prompts from operators worth quoting. Bezos on risk, Garry Tan on completeness, Pascal on brevity. New pack every month, free. Get the Prompt Pass →
Bridge to another AI
Hit a context limit mid-session? Generate a structured handoff and continue in Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Grok without losing your thread.
People & contacts
Colleagues, clients, partners. Their context flows into every briefing automatically.
Incognito Briefing
A one-time briefing that doesn't persist. No memory, no history. For conversations that stay ephemeral.
Memory
Extract key insights from long sessions with one prompt. Nothing gets re-explained twice.
Privacy architecture
We have no way to read your Context Vault.
Briefed runs entirely in your browser. There are no servers. No database. No accounts. Nothing to breach.
Your Context Vault is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before it ever touches disk. The key is derived from your password and never leaves your computer. We never receive it.
When you generate a briefing, the text is assembled on your computer and copied to your clipboard. No network call happens to produce it, and none happens to store it, because there is nothing on our side to store it in.
Briefed never phones home.
If Briefed disappeared tomorrow, your .briefed file would still decrypt and open. There is no account to lose and no service to switch off.

Pricing
Start free. Then $49 a year.
No subscriptions, no auto-renewals. Your key activates locally. Briefed never phones home.
The extension stores your context. Pro understands it.
Briefed
PRO
A desktop app that keeps the vault clean, with a model that never leaves your computer.
Briefed Pro runs a language model on your computer: finding duplicates, catching what's gone stale, suggesting what's missing. Same rule as the extension. No network calls, nothing to breach.
There is no password recovery, by design. Your Context Vault is encrypted with AES-256-GCM and the key is derived from your password. We never receive it, store it, or have any way to recover it. Do not lose your password, write it down somewhere safe. If you lose it, your Context Vault contents cannot be recovered by anyone, including us.
Export the vault, then back it up before you do anything else. There is no recovery if the file is lost, so that backup is the whole safety net.
For the move itself, prefer a transfer that does not leave a permanent copy on a server you do not control: AirDrop, a USB drive, a copy between folders. Email is not unsafe, but Gmail keeps that file forever and you will forget it is there.
And if the vault is travelling anywhere you do not fully control, your passphrase is doing all the work. Long matters more than complex.
Yes, completely. Your Context Vault is encrypted on your computer and never leaves it. Briefed has no servers, no database, no accounts. If Briefed disappeared tomorrow, your .briefed file would still decrypt and work. We have no way to access your data because we never receive it.
Briefed is a Chrome extension that works in Chrome, Edge and Brave. Briefed Pro, a desktop app for macOS, Windows and Linux, is in development. If you're on Safari, you can install Chrome just for Briefed. It takes two minutes and your vault stays fully encrypted and local either way.
The extension drops to Essential briefings only, which is still useful. Upgrade with a $49/year license key to unlock Standard, Complete, the full AI Instructions library and Incognito Briefing. Your Context Vault and all your data are always yours regardless.
Standard covers most sessions: identity, background, current work and AI instructions. That's the right depth for drafting, thinking through a problem, or any normal work session. Drop to Essential for genuinely trivial asks. Go Complete only when the specific people in your vault or your communication style actually matter to that conversation. More context isn't always better: pasting a full briefing into a simple question dilutes what the AI is paying attention to, the same way over-explaining a request to a person can bury the point.
That's actually the point. Briefed works regardless of whether AI memory is on or off. It gives the AI everything it needs at the start of each conversation. For sensitive work where you want memory off, use Incognito Briefing: full context in, nothing remembered.
Stop explaining yourself.
Auto-generate your Context Vault from an AI you already use, or build it by hand. Then brief any assistant in one paste.
